  2. Yes. Ukraine is not flawless. Some Ukrainians were overzealous with collaborators. They are civillians they forgot. I think there were a total of six charges out of the hundreds of thousands of interactions the doldiers must have had with civillians. Compared to Russia's fifty thousand charges. Very ethical.
