  1. The International Legion is a branch of the Ukranian military. It's soldiers receive standard pay. The key thing you are forgetting is, "volunteer." They are NOT there for the money. soldiers in the International Legion of Ukraine receive the same pay as regular Ukrainian soldiers: Rear-line troops: Approximately $600 per month Dangerous zones: Approximately $1,100 per month Combat deployment: Up to $3,300 per month.
