It has already been dismissed as more Russian posturing. They see no reason to change anything and will continue to supply Ukraine. Russia loses.

Losers use ICBMs in a conventional war. Russia is signaling that they can not overcome NATO continuing to help Ukraine. US spokesperson for the Whitehouse Sarah Singh has said there is no reason to change anything after this clear escalation by Russia. Russia loses.

@petershaw6346 There are two press releases now. One from the Whitehouse and one from the Pentagon. Pentagon said Russia did not use an ICBM but an intermediate missle. And lol, what did you search for? "Whitehouse statement regarding Russia's use of an ICBM?"
