@gkbbkg64 Wrong. They can fly in international airspace with transponder off as much as they want. So can Russia there is no law about it. Only laws there are, were broken by Russia! Under Article 87 of the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Seas, the high seas – basically, waters that are not any country’s territorial sea or exclusive economic zone – are open to all states. And the right of a country to operate on the high seas includes the freedom of overflight. The convention also states that the freedoms “shall be exercised by all states with due regard for the interests of other states in their exercise of the freedom of the high seas.”

@saiki3369 A video recently released on HT and other media platforms showing a Russian jet dumping fuel on a US drone and accidentally hitting it in the manuever. Perhaps you have seen it. Normally such things do not happen. Can you point to any other cases where this has happened?

The UN convention does not say don't gather information near to a war zone either. It does say don't molest property of countries you are not at war with in international waters! @Mrnice Guy The UNSC approved both Iraq wars and Afghanistan. You know who else approved those three wars? China snd Russia BOTH voted in favour. Where is Russia's mandate and WHY!!! do YOU!!! try and trick people with utter garbage? The resolution formed the legal basis for military intervention in the Libyan Civil War, demanding "an immediate ceasefire" and authorizing the international community to establish a no-fly zone and to use all means necessary short of foreign occupation to protect civilians.

@johamesudang7665 It wasnt the "pee". That gets atomized and would cause no damage. The collision with the jet flown by a reckless pilot, caused it to go down. Is this how you cope? Pretty stupid when everyone knows what really happened. You believe your pee story and leave adults alone.

@paulvangestel Not by me. I was reading about that a few weeks ago afterthe trial. They satellite tracked a Buk from a Russian base, into the occupied territories. Shit down the plane and teturned to Russia the same day. Back then the no fly zone was 32,000 feet. The plane was shot down at 33, 000 feet outside the no fly zone with a functioning transponder no less. 298 lives were lost thanks to more Russian bad behavior.

@alrent2992 The Montreax Convention pertains to shipping. The USA has no warships in the Black Sea.🤷‍♂️ The drone was not IN restricted airspace. It was legally in international waters when it was attacked.
