 @NikolaiINKO Russia had control of the dam in April. Russia was the only one who could raise the water levels by closing all the spillways.

@arty5876 The explosives had to be on the inside of the dam. Care to explain how Ukraine managed that? The HIMARS attack targeted the road. You did not say that, you said they "targeted the dam." Crimea has contingencies for water. It was only turned back on last year. The ZNPP has essentially been powered down and the cooling pond is unaffected. Regardless of the motives of either side. Only Russia had the means.

@mrrey8937 What equipment did NATO provide that could do this? Why do you not know the dam would have to be detonated from the inside? Why would I be unaware about military aid to Ukraine? I think everyone is aware by now....are you? Jesus Christ!
