  4. They make adjustable (angle to sun) aluminum mount brackets for 100W solar panels. With your ingenuity you could build a chest or waist high support structure in your yard, higher than snow line, easily cleaned, to put your panels on. You may need some basic tools to adjust bracket angles to match seasonal changes in sun declination. Wow.
