Great energy and innovation.
You'll find out soon enough if critters mow everything down overnight.
You may end up fencing in your garden using 7-8 foot green steel t-posts, and two 150' x 4 foot chicken wire rolls.
You can make an enclosure for your chickens with the same stuff, but maybe 4 foot posts and a 4 foot tall fence.
Skeeter leashed nearby, earning his keep.
(Just hate to see such industry wasted)
In your cool climate green onion, lettuce, carrots, radish, spinach, herbs, etc., grow wonderfully from seed.
Stuff doesn't like to be transplanted.
Potatoes easily planted.
Use Stark Bros. for mail order cherry, peach, apple, plum trees, and berries for Fall planting.
But where you are (!), you'd need bird netting for all that. 😫
Wish you guys were on Twitch where you can issue a wishlist! This way you get EXACTLY what you need, and no more, while maintaining privacy of address/location.
