But that isn't fixing the your issue. If young gens spent more time taking care older gens, that time is taken from themselves, spenting time with other younger people and starting up their own family and kids. The state must help the old people to be less dependant and lower the reform age, to facilitate the renewal in jobs, that now are being taken by older people, instead of younger. Instead of been a capitalist society, start to be a family orientating society. Both of them aren't possible. Either have one or the other.
