  1. Again the grey jedi can connect the previous the trilogies better. While giving closure. Since Rey and Kilo are 2 sides of the same coin, Rey defeats the Dark Rey, giving her enough power to defeat Kilo. She defeats Kilo, but since that would unbalances the force, she decides to improve in both ways, becoming a Grey jedi. That creates balance to the Force, and hopes for a New Republic and rebels that defeat the renmants of First Order. Making the next movies less focused on the Force, Jedi and Sith. But the New Republic / Rebels vs remnants of the First Order and who knows, with the movies based on the Old Republic, bring back a new threat, that makes the Rebels and First Order allying to defeat that new threat. Would be a new take on the franchise.
