Yes; that is my concern as well, i.e., the the government will lower the amount of the FEIE (foreign earned income exclusion), while AT THE SAME TIME imposing a 70% marginal tax rate on income, while AT THE SAME TIME eliminating preferential tax treatment of long-term capital gains, while AT THE SAME TIME inflation is running at a 10% clip.
