  2. A good video; and one with a different slant than is usually the case. There are many people (in the US and elsewhere) who have a relatively modest tax obligation to begin with... and who could make their dollars go further by living in another country, without having to forego cultural amenities. This sort of information can be helpful to such people. Regarding Buenos Aires specifically, that city (and Argentina in general) could potentially be attractive even to a wealthy person (in spite of the wealth tax there).... if he is able to hide his assets from the government; and doing so might not be that difficult.
