  3.  @spicysalsaking791  Of course; but if he's willing and able to do what it takes to become tax resident in the Bahamas, and if he's got a second passport, he'll be in a position where he could just "flip the switch" and exit the US tax system.

  4. If you can get citizenship in the Bahamas for little or no money .... as a result of your birth there.... then why not? That said, the process might take a couple of years (based on comments Andrew has made in the past).
