  1.  @The7dioses  For those who want a 2nd citizenship, the ease of obtaining such is a big factor. From what I can gather.... and putting aside all of the "citizenship by investment" options... it's easier to obtain citizenship in Argentina than it is in many other countries. And of course, once you've obtained the citizenship, you don't have to live there.
