  2. True. And in some states, like California, it's easy to maintain residence.... to get a bank account.... and a driver's license... and even to vote.... without ever obtaining a visa or green card.

  3. If you're going to get citizenship by naturalization, it seems to me that Mexico or Argentina would be better.

  4. Russians can't get CBI in Egypt .... or Cape Verde ..... or Jordan? And even if that's true, there are countries they can get a residence permit in.... so that they can work towards citizenship.
