  2. The question of "freedom of the press" is, IMO, intertwined with that of the power of the media companies. The political left has a near-monopoly on television media, and on print media (i.e., newspapers). The left does NOT have the upper hand when it comes to talk radio, however. As for the internet... Facebook, Youtube, Google, and Twitter do most definitely censor comments and videos (from the political right) that they don't like.
