  3. @Brownkid422  GDP is one factor; GDP per capita is another. But there are many other factors; ultimately it's about the cost & benefits of living in one country vs another... from the perspective of a given individual.

  4. Maybe.... MAYBE if Congress were to repeal the FATCA law, there'd be a few people interested in paying $5M for US citizenship; but otherwise, it's hard to believe that there'll be a lot of takers.
