  1. Seems to me that if the legislature of a state passed an ordinance requiring mask-wearing, and if the governor of the state signed the legislation.... and if, later, the supreme court of the state upheld the ordinance.... no federal judge would stand in the way of it. But (as far as I know), we're a long way from all three of those conditions having been met... in ANY state.
