Now is a horrible time to buy a Florida condo.... especially one near the coast. HOWEVER, at some point, all of the bad news will be fully discounted, and perhaps... at that point.... one might consider buying one. When that'll be, I don't know... but it could easily take three years or more for an "equilibrium" price to emerge.
