  2. No income tax; in addition, property tax rates are not bad, and real estate prices are cheap compared to California.

  3. RESIDENTS of Nevada.... as opposed to VISITORS to Nevada.... should be quite pleased about the willingness of outsiders to pay high prices. Far better THAT than an increased tax burden on residents.
