  1. Keto and Paleo are so stupid! Eating all this expensive protein just to literally piss it all away! Your body just dumps protein when it's gotten enough and it's rough on your kidneys! I swear everyone of these protein obsessed people end up looking older faster too. Get that ...rugged skin...if you know what I mean.
