@carriec.9834 I wasn't arguing against pain meds. What I wm arguing against is acting like being healthy and taking care of yourself is some kind of "hidden" information.

Your doctor was not telling you to not eat healthy. Pain meds are never supposed to be long term. Like come on, as of doctors don't promote you working out and eating healthy. Goodness, you people.

@anniesshenanigans3815 Yeah and your experience is your fault. Funny you didn't answer the questions... probably because you DIDN'T ask your doc about those things, and you DIDN'T go to a nutritionist. Doctor's don't expect to have to tell you to eat foods that are good for you. That's literally common sense. It's not hidden knowledge.

@bulletpointacademy That's all literally common sense and was absolutely talked about throughout the pandemic. Every blog and YouTuber...hell even VR youtubers were talking about how to stay fit during the pandemic. Only somebody willingly choosing to be ignorant actually believes the opposite. No duh you should take care of yourself and get the basic bare minimum of what you need yo be healthy🙄

@aether-elephant Yes, your health should be based on you. Unless you are speaking to a dietician or nutritionist...I don't know why you think every doctor is an expert on that. Not to mention, patients with specific needs like that do get given advice on diet changes...many of them do not follow that diet. I'm not the one claiming to be bright.
