I worked at a juice bar and watched an old man obsessed with juicing pass out and smack his head on the counter after only having had juice for over a week. Had to call an ambulance for him. He hadn't had any protein and was trying to "cleanse" himself for his illness. This is how Steve Jobs killed himself too. He had an easily curable form of pancreatic cancer that he tried to cure with juicing ... And then it was too late. He even started doing the medical treatments after accepting his juicing wasn't working. But it was too late and his pancreas had no chance at that point. Carrot juice isn't the answer. I will continue to repost this comment every time it disappears from this section. Juicing is dangerous, unhealthy, and expensive if you are using it for these kinds of things. Just eat your fruits and veggies.

@dh6035 You got your golden diaper on right now? I thought y'all were against men wearing make up? And like, why even bring that up here and now? Do you think about anything else?

@BradKwfc The amount you need of those things to make a cup of juice is quite large. If you are a regular juicer... Which most juicing followers are, you could be getting too much of some things.. and not enough of others because they break down quickly when juiced and introduced to oxygen. Some foods are high in oxalates and when juiced in those amounts can affect kidney health. Long term juicing can also cause nutrient deficiencies and malnutrition. Then on top of that, if you're juicing lots of fruit you are mostly just getting the sugars from the fruit and none of the good fibers. So it can be quite high on sugar calories. Sugar is sugar, even when it's from fruit. Also, it's expensive to juice. Like ridiculously so. Cooking tip for the juicers, save your pulps to use in sauces, soups, and pie fillings.

@TommyAventador because it's not true

@thebargainshack6901 I responded to this a while back but my comment is gone. Steve Jobs died because he juiced so long. If he had gotten treatment early on he most likely would have survived. Juicing didn't save him. He ended up deciding to get medical treatment too but it was too late for him at that point. That's what extended his years. Not the carrot juice. He'd still be alive if he hadn't juiced through the crucial treatment years. And you are leaving out a lot of information there as well. Like how many of those people got diagnosed early. What percentage of people with early diagnosis were treated and cured or in remission. Look it up. You will be surprised. What's not surprising is your bias and lack of research.

@thebargainshack6901 No. Sorry, but you are wrong. The only difference is the proportions of fructose and glucose and both are still sugar molecules. One is absorbed and broken down a little slower by your body so it doesn't disrupt metabolism as much. Fruit contains both ... Not just one type of "natural" sugar...even "processed" sugar is still "natural" anyways. Most table sugar these days is from beets btw. But in the end sugar is sugar is sugar and juicing gives you far higher concentrated amounts of those sugars in fruits. Quit cherry picking your information to fit your biases and actually read all of the info... Because if you did you would have known this already.

@schmitz4206 another one of the diaper brigade! Is it comfy?
4
@jeffreygorey5540 yes, and his cancer was something that was easily curable when caught early.
4
@Cavemankind_ many people don't. They get all caught up in juice cleanses and starve themselves.
3
No they could begin real trial testing. Not curing. It would still be ten years or more before it is fully tested. And was this testing done on humans or only cancer cells? What are the side effects of this treatment on humans? Does he know?
3
Uggggh....is yhis channrl running out of stuff and about to jump on the qanon train conspiracies to keep getting clicks? I really hope not.
2
@thebargainshack6901 I doubt you can even read a research study correctly.
2
@thebargainshack6901 it can still cause other issues even if it doesn't make you fat. Sugar is sugar. It get broken down into the same things by your body. Just accept that you are wrong.
2
@silvieb2024 longer.... So they didn't live. And stage 4....... Leaving out a lot of context here.
2
@silvieb2024 yeah... Ok. What's did he say about earlier stages?
2
@raccoondon488 No. It does not work 90% of the time. If it did we would hear way more about it. Quit spreading BS lies.
2
@missyk1477 not reality. Noooooooooo
2
@jwr2904 sure thing dude🙄 none of these people are joking.

I watched an old man obsessed with juicing who hadn't eaten any protein in over a week pass out in front of the juice bar and smack his head on the counter as he fell. Your carrot guy was doinh more than carrot juice🙄 Do not tell people to do this. Like this is literally how Steve Jobs killed himself. He refused to get treatment and instead swore by juicing until it was too late. His pancreatic cancer would be easily cured with typical treatments. Just no. Carrot juice ain't the cure to cancer y'all.
1
@schmitz4206 plenty of non American crazies who support that BS too
1
@thebargainshack6901 Jobs had arare form of the cancer known as neuroendocrine cancer which grows more slowly and is easier to treat. Literally the first thing on Google to pop up. Nobody said juicing killed him and not cancer. Juicing sure as hell didn't save his life though! Using juicing as an alternative to actual treatment killed him. Quit choosing to be dumb.
1
@thebargainshack6901 nobody is talking about the rise of obesity here. You're just trying to find something to be "right" about.
1
@fightingtosurvive6527 🤦Jesus Christ the internet exists. You can literally look up the form of pancreatic cancer he had
1
@michaelmaniscalco2191 yeah, BS quackery being pedaled as medical cures does that to sane people.
1
@namyiamoore9251 put your tinfoil hat back on
1
@raccoondon488 of course, everyone who calls y'all out is part of a BiG cOnSpIrAcY. Sorry, but juice ain't gonna cure your cancer.
1
@raccoondon488 Or you could just, you know, read the truth about this stuff and the multiple studies done on juicing and what it can actually benefit. Juicing is not curing freaking cancer. How are y'all this dumb? If it was that easy we wouldn't have people dieing from it all the time. Y'all really think the cancer patients haven't read about anything and everything to try? Why do we still have people dieing from cancer if all they had to do was drink some damn carrot juice. Quit choosing to be ignorant.
1
@robertjames9273 I literally said why in my comments or can you not read? Or did they censor my comments that explained the dangers of juicing.
1
@threestans9096 who's joking?
1
Cool story bro🙄
1
@guyonabuffalo3396 so... Then you admit your story is fake.... Since you are implying that my life is fake... Just like your story. Oof logic is hard for you isn't it?
1
Yeah, that totally happened🙄🙄 y'all are so dumb. Is 2024... Can y'all move the hell on already? Vaccines work. The COVID vaccines worked. We have tons of data that shows this now. Quit choosing to be ignorant and spreading BS. There's plenty of real things to be up in arms over.
