  2. Just the entire focus for the company and their future...that's all. I will never get all the hate directed at FB. The algorithm shows people what they engage with already...so of anything FB is guilty of making echochambers for people. FB didn't post the content, FB didn't say they support the content. There are billions of users. Half say they need to censor more, the other half thinks they are being censored constantly...while everybody else says they are allowing that content...so it can't be both. The real question is why is the narrative so focused on FB...and not the actual government leaders promoting this fake news as fact.

  4. Meta is a VR and software company. FB was basically a software company too, but FB is now just an app amongst other software. They aren't even going to require the FB login for VR. They are a company that offers free products, they have to make money somehow. You don't have to click on ads or buy things shown to you. You don't have to engage with fake news. The algorithm isn't perfect but it isn't nefarious, it just shows you things that you are already clicking on. It only shows you stuff that is linked to your interests based on what YOU click.they aren't the ones posting the content and it's impossible to moderate billions of people who are constantly posting. That's why it's up to the users to flag things too.

  5.  @WHADDDD  Well some of us are smart enough to not get our information from FB posts that people create and share. It's not their fault that some people are idiots.
