Go ahead and check, it literally could not be more prominently-placed or any clearer: 0:00 . It reads, and I quote: "This video is partly satire. An exercise in how disingenuous American and American-centric reporting or discussion of other countries is like. The facts stated are true, while the narrative structure is mirroring the emotional and confused delivery of this type of media." It seems you let your desire to lash out against this vid cloud you to its actual contents, indeed, its actual opening. Not sure how you missed that and then went on to be so confidently incorrect in your judgement, but with all due respect, I guess this is just proof of what you yourself are suggesting: Quality satire will lose the intellectually-lacking audience member quite rapidly, no matter how well marked as satire it is, haha

@amirmirzaei3940 I get what you're saying, but, you know, it ceases to be a joke if you have to repeatedly reassure everyone that it's just a joke while you're telling it. Parody and satire sometimes requires carrying on straight-faced once it gets going, that's just the nature of the genre. It's admitted, though, that because of that nature, some people will inevitably misunderstand. But that happens in art even outside of parody and satire: think of old white folks waving Trump flags dancing to Rage Against the Machine's "Killing in the Name", for example, seemingly completely unaware as to what the song is really about

@amirmirzaei3940 I'll grant you that if one doesn't get the joke, you're right, they are unlikely to find it funny. That's kinda the risk we take with comedy, though, because if it's the kind of joke that would somehow be impossible not to get (not sure how that would happen, but rhetorically speaking), then it probably is bereft of genuine comedy in the first place, since comedy kinda comes from reflecting lived experience and we don't all share the same lived experiences

This is your brain on propaganda that is basically religious in nature: Appeal to the status quo as proof of its deserving to continue to exist, refuse to engage intellectually with any concept that conflicts with it, and claim superiority for having done so. As if it is a deficiency to question the current master class. If you actually want proof, the science of Dialectical Materialism is not going to be easily spoon-fed to you in a YouTube comment. But the Manifesto is literally around 30 pages and is freely available online. Spend a couple hours reading that for a start. If you want something more modern and substantial, try Blackshirts and Reds by Michael Parenti or Against Empire by the same author

You are clearly arguing in bad faith if no matter what I say you intend to just claim unproven intellectual superiority, based upon sheer nationality, no less -- as if the matter of socialism is settled and fixed in the first place. This isn't about YouTube censorship. I am not pushing a 'conspiracy' that a megacorp is suppressing genuine revolutionary rhetoric: Of course they are doing that, but I am not out here naively decrying the injustice of capitalists not making their own downfall easier. You are miscalculating the message of this vid if that is your takeaway: YouTube censorship is petty before the goals of socialism. If you want real information that YouTube is uninterested in propagating, read banned books by Reds like the ones I offered. But if all future comments will just be excuses and justifications for why you don't need to read a page to know more not only than me but more than the authors of those texts about their own subjects, then this is plainly absurd and going nowhere, and that entirely because you are refusing to genuinely engage with the literature at hand.
