Socialists are not required to eat dirt and live in the woods in order to avoid hypocrisy, that has nothing to do with socialism and everything to do with the ignorance of people who think that's what socialists want for themselves and the world in the first place, some real "socialism is when everyonr is poor" nonsense. In fact, "hang them with the rope they sell you" is the only realistic way to live and contribute to any potential revolution. This false purity test from anti-socialists is truly absurd. At any rate, I'm sure you wish anti-capitalists lived that way — then they'd have no chance of defeating capital interests!
