@mukundhvm7875 In both cases total divestment and withdrawal is the obvious answer, but in any case France is very much in bed with Isn'treal, and so this matter has every right to be amongst those discussed in French Parliament

@mukundhvm7875 There are clearly a lot of reasons why countries maintain relations with their enemies. Even the USA had relations with the USSR. If you're hinging your belief that Isn'treal isn't a pariah state merely on the grounds of formal relations, what will you do when the Isn'treali Embassy in Paris and the Consulate in Turkiye burn, or when ambassadors are expelled, as is happening?

@mukundhvm7875 Calling for a mere ceasefire doesn't negate the economic ties to a geno sidal nation which you yourself seem to acknowledge exist. If the argument is "geno side and settler-colonialism are too good of business to divest from," then I think clearly that argument is bereft of any shred of legitimacy, and that France and any nation need to let humanity sing a little louder than dollar signs. That would indeed be putting France and the will of the French people first
