  10. Being honest about white supremacy is an existential threat to white supremacy. Their tactic with all anti-racist rhetoric is to pretend it doesn't exist, or failing that, to argue that anti-racism is itself "racist", and then criminalize even talking about it. You can't enshrine white supremacy directly in law, but you can effectively protect it from any threat using the law like this
