  3. It is perfectly normal to take losses in a high intensity conflict. Ukrainian losses are being multiplied by the time it takes between being forcibly mobilised (bussification- finding people in the streets and forcing them on buses) and the time when the forcibly mobilised reach the front line. That time is 3 days on average, which means that the mobilised had absolutely no military training whatsoever. That's why Ukrainian men are fleeing Ukraine at the rate of cca 25k a month, in order to avoid being sent into the meat grinder.
