  1. About 15 million citizens of Ukraine live under Russia 's rule, out of which 3-4 million fled to Russia from Ukraine-controlled territory of Ukraine. The question whether Russians fled to Germany during WW2 is a rhetorical one, which tells us a lot about the character of this war.

  2. No one should be afraid of the Hazelnut missile. Russia had informed NATO about half an hour before the launch and is expected to do so in future, as it intends to carry on testing that missile with various types of war heads. As it is impossible to hit it with the extant anti missile systems, Russia has taken on itself an obligation to announce every launch so that civilians may be evacuated on time. There is no need for hysterical reactions.
