  1. The Russia/Ukraine border has not been demarcated so technically, it's a civil war coz we don't know where Russia ends and Ukraine begins. The west can capitalise on this fact if it defeats Russia and Ukraine can grow in territory.

  7. It's the responsibility of the western countries to send back Ukrainian refugees back to the front. They cannot send the refugees back forcibly as they enjoy the status of persons under protection, but they can reduce drastically government hand outs thus "alleviating" the repatriation process while not breaking the intl law.
