Yeah well that a cop out I was raised in a tough environment But knew rite from wrong and if someone hit me regardless sex or age they'd get warned If keep doing it I'd use a enough force to stop the attack on me It's a choice by all concerned and all should pay as in my other posting 🦘🇦🇺👍

@Just Jo Jo yes to protect myself if they attacked me after they got several warnings to stop I'm no one's punching bag Also they learn a lesson to keep their hands to themselves I wouldn't attack the person in that violent of manner but yes I would hit them if needed regardless This is why I say she as well as.the boys all should be punished on their actions as Also..teach her and others you don't have any more rites to.hit someone as they do you As for punishment each would be different on the severity of each individuals actions

I agree but they also need to be shown what society expects and once they have played their penalty for the crime they have done and while doing that start rehabilitation Then remove them from the bad influence and dangers to try to rehabilitate them if possible But I'd guess it'll be very few who can sadly It appalling the kids being raped at 7 and 12 and have no doubt earlier ages This sadly again because not informing of the laws because of the fall out of stolen generation no one will remove them from danger and inforce the laws This is what passes me off about stolen generation Because this is why they where removed from their family's then and nothing has changed in 60 yrs I've been around the kids safety first political fall out later but gutless governments now creating the youth of today not even indigenous kids

@Farmer Fpv nope not making about me but I'm am proof you have a choice regardless of your environment if you want you can choose to do the rite thing for yourself and improve your live and that can only happen with the individual wanting to improve their life regardless what happened before had You seen the pain as the receiver so why would you want to inflicted that on other and yourself I could go on my point was we all have our struggles and demands to deal with and thier are some so abused that they'll never recover But they shouldn't be in the public risking their lives and others until they can recover enough. Putting them back into a society they can't handle or back to the perpetrators isn't helping them I get that horrific things happen to some of these kids But you also can't let them continue as they are in society My comments wasn't about me directly but more regardless of your background or race we all have our problems growing up and not everyone had it easy but we all have a choice which path we won't to go on and suffer the consequences of those actions By treating them the same as everyone else It'll give them stability and understanding what's expected of them in society and they have a choice do you want to be part of society or not Which again gets back to the individuals choice in life

@Flaniganskywalker yep and all including the girl should pay for what they all done and penalties appropriate to each individual action no one should be able to walk without other wise the girl doesn't learn to keep her hands to herself as for the lad beating her he need to be treated appropriately to his action same with other boy all will be different degrees but no one should walk free be ause their a victim of their own doing Also males keep getting told by females their as strong and don't want to be treated different and abuse males for it still no excuse for what he'd reacted but no one is blame free in essence the boy could plead self defence and felt threatened and judge would have to take into account as that's the law but doesn't make it rite but when has the law ever

They all should be even the girl she attacked them first but he went over board So everyone should be expelled otherwise she won't learn to keep her hands together They all should be made to do community work for certain amount of time and the grated of the offence is how much they should get set Also maybe this lad should be made to go to hospitals with brain injury people especially from being bashed as part of their sentence We have community work for ours here 🦘🇦🇺👍
