Well my home rates just went up $400 last year about $200 so in 2 yrs $600 just on council rates Thats not water sewage and water levy that was once of all be going up as wellas calculated on price of home I live i a poorer area so its going to hurt others even more that have exspensive properties Yet im still blessed for nowas not living on the street but gets closer every day as bills keep climbing and fixed low income Only 2 meals aday no heating or cooling cant afford that and limited cooking showering due to electrical items that keep rising Im lucky compared to others Because i knew it was coming if labor got in So did my best to try put a survivail plan in on very basic living If labor gets returned I'll probably be living on the streets As usable to keep sustaining large increases like these The more they push up house prices the higher these bills will be The higher price on home not much good as you cant afford any other property No where to down size when your living in poor area and cant pay government's bills on them Only the streets
