The reason rates going up is like their last scam when houses dropped to raise money they change the rate they charged you otherwise would've had to reduce your rate instead increased them by changing rate per square meter not just value of property it's wht you can have 3 bathrooms and still pay same sewerage as house with one even though your producing 3x as much because attached to rate value

They are already here average 4% to 6% which we've had in the last 3 yrs It's getting to the point where you my as well give up and live in a cardboard box 📦 I know we left English way of life and going good old 🇺🇸 homeless everywhere living in cars and foot paths coming near you soon only thing they jearnt from them was to disarm us first otherwise be like over their now mass murders When you got nothing to loose nothing going to stop you not even death penalty as better then freezing to death on foot path
