I see comments it's not a tax haven for the rich Well Labor wrote it and implemented it So does this affect the politicians supers as well or are they exempt Also if if not a tax haven for the rich then it shouldn't be for the poor either The only way to make it fare is no tax breaks for anyone If you want to change tax breaks then it starts only on the new one's starting super As other have invested under the laws that was present and shouldn't be penalised By the changes If you want to change theirs then let them be able to remove what they put in to maximum amount Then that'll reverse the previous rules as they wouldn't have invested under these new rules That way when you change the law everyone on the same super without being disadvantaged by old laws Just for clarity I'm not one of those in that bracket I am in the lowest level but you have to be fare to all and by allowing them to recover what they invested under the old law Allows e everyone to start on even ground under the new laws
