They lost nothing as charmers said its postponed to look into it more Which means they've not canning it They're just looking for another way to do it But this time you want fined out until it done Im a CBA customer and their making it harder to get cash Closing down all the teller machines now less then a quarter available Because queues for the ones left half of these are out of order as they're out of money Their excuse is serviced by a different company and waiting for them to be refilled Which can take days before that happens They closed the one i went to had two machines Now travel further have to line up as didn't put extra machines so these run out of money regularly Atleast half of the 4 emty as eveyone from the 2 closed down now have to get from there overwhelming the machines As now trying to service the people that used the other 2 machines they took out the systems If they want to close branches they should be required to still maintain the same ammount of machines and place them in the other premises To handle the extra volume and it wasn't like they wasn't being used in the one they shut down because had same issue's with machines empty all the time atleast 1 of the 2 and as long time CBA customer who bought several houses through them as i up graded I will now seriously have to look into wether i should change my banking and transfer my saving to another bank that values their customer's The only thing they had going for them was the easy availability to access money from their business as theyre not the cheapest to deal with but now getting as difficult to access as other's so might as well look at if can save on fees by changing bank's Good one CBA been customer 30 + yrs
