Stop the investor getting all the land because they are the one driving up with their big bucks and have a monopoly and then able to ask what they like for the property as no other choice hit investors with higher tax or when opening land up only make it available to people who don't own any property that way it will be more affordable for the genuine home buyer's Simple if it's not viable for investors they disappear and average person will fill the gap but only problem governments don't make as much land then house values means less rates to councils less transfer fees ect ect all about screwing the public why they allow investors to push prices up up
