Im fat and you know what if you dont like the way you look Its up to you to do something about it no one else can If your triggered about what people say dont blame them its up to you Your choices are egnore them and take their power away or do something about your weight You dont have a right to try an make people change as you cant stop them thinking it even if you manage to stop them speaking

  3.  @CC-uq4hu  yeah I'm the same try to eat better But not going to live miserable live to be thin I'd rather be fat and happy then thin and miserable I try to balance I between the both heavy but happy I've lost 45 kls but was my choice and could lose that again To keep doctors happy but this will probably be where ill be now Look after yourself Its your choice in life if want to be happy or some to take it away Cheers mate
