They have room for discretion if the want to choose But what your not getting they don't want them helped That'll mean the homeless will stay around It's their adjective to move them on where no 9ne see them and hopefully some other district Then it becomes that areas issues not their Just kicking the can down the road in human form that's all

  2. Hey can't you set up a go fund me to pay their fines or is that against the law in this country as well I know if in Canada it's illegal you get fined and bank accounts frozen and they confiscate the donations and give to their mates I don't think we are that far just yet but coming my guess
