All bs as anyone knows when you get a loan for a home banks have to make sure you have a buffer zone and that's why you have to give them your income and out going That's why when you get your loan it's normally a higher rate that at that time for when this happens only 2 ways you can't pay your loan is loosing your employment or giving banks doctored information As I live cheaper then average they wouldn't lend me more on a loan as work on a minimum amount of income which the government brought in years ago If a interest rise is going to cost you your property you where never going to own as majority are over 30 yrs and you didn't expect them to go up over the period of the loan The only way you'll loose if you have bought at high market price because if interest rates go up and housing slows down prices of properties drop which mean if you have to sell and don't have much equity in the property as its now worth less then you paid for it at higher price This is why investors have been selling as property prices high and interest rates about to go up rents won't cover loan cashing in That's why a shortage of rental properties at moment Only the rich who can by properties with large amount of cash will buy but they'll now wait for market to reduce and get cheap properties from the one's who can't pay their mortgages who'll more than likely loose and possibly still owe the banks

Ps this is a cycle happens under every government none of them want to fix it Bs just like climate change it's a cycle as well They couldn't even get that right because it started as global warming if remember but statistics proved them wrong we are getting cooler So now they changed the name to climate change so now use drought and floods bs green's and Labor have no idea Well probably see a lot of flooding and as years go on we'll get less until in drought again like we've been then it changes and floods for a couple years also we'll now see less fires over next couple years until drought why ment to burn under growth every year to minimise the fuel on the ground in droughts but thank green's for change to this as pollution was the issues and that's why we lost tree's and so much wildlife as all the fuel on the ground made hot fires and the bark on the trees that was ment to protect them can't withstand hot fires but can when low fuel supplies ask the indigenous people why they use to burn the land and we use to until green's had laws changed
