So do this mean the eld only get one meal a day to pay for the rise Maybe the owners of these facilities should be scrutinised to see where all the Money Going How many have been closed down for poor service and staving the residents before adding this pressure to the system Why I said need to see why the money going first in these institutions and is it being eaten up by bureaucratic red tape that could be used for wage rises Theirs no doubt the workers are payed 💩 I've had family do it But theirs alot of waste in them that could be recovered for wages otherwise where are they getting the money to pay them cut conditions and food as that's all they possibly have until the intire industry is scrutinised follow the money trail

Funny thing I was attacked for my comment but as I told them I'm not against the workers get a pay rise as it's 💩 I've had family members do it and walked away But before throwing tax payers money around need to find out where all the other money gone and if ligit use of money then put in what's necessary but only if it's needed no one denying the workers of a pay rise but the elderly have to looked after and no scammed by owner of homes otherwise workers will get pay rise at the cost of their health Someone messaged the one they work for own 6in total as of 1/1/23 their will be 22 to 25 % increase I'm guessing their be a lot of elderly living in cardboard box's on the streets soon like usa
