Wages should be on job basis and out put weather male or female if doing same job putting out the same amount should get payed the same but if neither then who every not fore filling the criteria then gets less as produce less so less profits to share and you'll always pay the higher performing employees more money and reason why most get more is their longevity is shorter and why generally males get payed more as they normally doing the physical demanding jobs It's not nor should it be about genders purely on job criteria and out put of the individual's Again requires common sense and we know how that's lacking these days 🦘🇦🇺👍 🤣🤣🤣 the kids smarter then the politicians and half the population love kids and animals best things on the planet no bull💩 To bad they'll be corrupted by the system why they want control of them soon as out from between the legs to start brain washing Why do you think it takes two working parents to look after the bills by design
