That's a frill next lizard they frill up to scare enemy away and freeze which makes them venerable to domestic animals As for animals entering homes more so on the fringe of city and country side but should never leave doors open even in city as their are snakes around even if you don't see them they not around all the time though This is why almost every house 🏠 has screen doors on them normally security doors protect from vermin especially the human type 😂
