If we dont get 4 weeks a year between 37 to 44 and can be 1/ 2 weeks at the time our average would be 30s during summer The only problem is night temperature might not drop below 25 and when in 40s night temp 30s and can be 37 by 8 am A couple years ago 46 just short of 47 at the peak of drought and not uncommon around that time
