They looked bloody beautiful I put diced onion in mine and 5 spice Mix by hand was perfect I dont pipe them just roll meat into a line place on pastry But i do from one edge rol cut you should be able then make 2 from one sheet depending on size You can mix pork mince and beef mince 50 /50 as well or sauaage meat by itself Only problem is there addictive and will keep a couple days in fridge eirher eat hot or room temp for couple days My neice makes one with chicken mince but with other stuff so dosent dry out but wont tell the recipe because promised the person who taught her it Pasties are made with same pastry just use steamed vegetables like corn peas beans carrot sweed potato all diced small fold over crimp edges with fork piece top with fork egg wash cook normally havle cook veg is best i use frozen veg mix You'll need to look up a recipe and they can get fancy with them same with sausage rolls many variations ive ne er had fennel in them But i normally put sesame seeds on top then cook them on either give a different taste again bit nutty flavour When you like something we say bloody ripper and they looked that made me hungry But can't complain had for lunch from servo curry chicken pie and a beef mashed potato pie with baked cheese on top mmm heaven Was hoping to see kids eat them You know can use as nibbles on x mas day and used small one like you cut for kids birthday parties and fairy bread Cheers π₯ wrocker family π¦π¦πΊπ
