Imagine the stress on the planes I'm pretty sure their not designed for big impacts Also could be where their landing shorter run ways so need to come in hot and heavy They do have to practice these after so many hrs of flying I've been on one where they warn you first saying they be practising short landing as part of regulations But that was in Australia 🇦🇺 and they do the same practice short take off's as well It so pilots are accustomed of doing in a emergency
