G'day Ian We use these in Oz For protection of street Cafe's patrons Also used to stop ram raiders at night on business Same to stop people accidentally hitting wrong pedal and going through business So Al. Public area where business are have them mandatory now days We also use large concrete containers filled with soiled and plants grown in them They can weight a tonne or more so there more aesthetic then bollards But only where space permits Cheers mate 🦘🇦🇺👍
