  1. 🤣🤣you have no choice try living in Australia Our system is similar to what he explains We used to be like you guys and then local cop would go for a ride with you and issue your licence if he was happy But now do log books and independent testing why standards have declined alot here now You are fined here if you don't have load restrained and points on your licence as we start with 0 points and have points added for infringements until you accum 12 points they take your licence to drive away for a period of time as after certain amount of time points are reduced allowing you to,drive again the more times your caught and having licence taken from you the longer it takes to get back depending on reason you could loose until courts pleasure then have to apply to court to get back then resit licensing tests again costing thousands and start at bottom again with 3 types of p plates licensing you need to go through before becoming fully licensed again And we have hooning laws where they impound your vehicle for certain amount of time and to get it back you have to pay storage fees cost thousands and if caught repeatedly they take your vehicle and crush it and send you the bill for the privilege
