Foreign investors Our government's are looking at Banning them buying established properties Only buy new builds as investment's That way forces them to help,build with the demands A lot of the properties been sitting empty as well So dont have to worrying about damage or pay agents to look after As you see just sit on them you make a fortune especially established As they have large blocks then new ones you can put two on established property blocks Compared to new one just the house or town house / condo as you guys call them
