In my school days we where taught German During 5th grade on Then after my era was French Then Cantonese as it covers large portions of Asian languages This where all pushed in there time for employment option from tourism to interpreter So always been a 2nd language taught on basic levels When going into higher schooling you have options of staying with the one you've been learning or choose others Cheers mate 🦘🇦🇺👍
