Same thing happened in I think in Canada on you tube Guy got attacked in front of police The cops reply why no arrest he was instigating it Yet he was trying to answer a medai question while they screaming centimetres from his face and he didn't bite so they grabbed him thrown to the ground attacked infront of police and they had to remove them but he's the instigator
